CEO/Lead Consultant

Amanda Flora received her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Virginia's School of Education and Human Development, where she works as a Associate Professor. She teaches courses on career and professional development across disciplines to graduate and undergraduate students. She resides in the Shenandoah Valley with her spouse and two children. 

Dr. Flora has over a decade of experience training career development professionals and teaching university students about the principles of wellness, career development, and social justice. She had developed, designed, and facilitated online, hybrid, and in-person courses with proven outcomes. Dr. Flora is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP), Certified CCSP Instructor, and MBTI Certified for Career.
